On Thursday 19th January, nine pupils from Horsenden Primary attended the Year 3 Multi-Skills Festival at the Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls.
Pupils were mixed up into teams from other schools so they could further develop their social skills and make new friends. Teams rotated around six multi-skills stations developing pupils’ agility, balance and co-ordination while trying to collect as many points as possible for their team. After the first round, scores were collected and pupils then completed a second round of rotations with the aim of trying to beat their personal best score with the final placing calculated by the teams which beat their personal best by the most points.
All the pupils had a great time, competing in the events and forming new friendships. The pupils who attended were: Mantrakumar, Sarim, Sia, Adam, Jay, Sophia, Grace, Inaya and Bipasha.
