Filip in 3N has recently made a model of the most famous aeroplane ever, Concorde. Concorde was a supersonic airliner, meaning that it could fly faster than the speed of sound. Built by Britain and France, Concorde was in service from 1976 to 2003. It was the fastest airliner ever and could cruise at 1,354mph. Unfortunately, it was too expensive to run and it could not hold many passengers.
Filip made his model out of cardboard tubes and paper. It took him about a day to make and this is not the first model he has ever built! Filip enjoys making things and made a model of the Titanic in Year 2. He is considering making a Boeing 747 next.
