Term of office ends:
Full Governing Body
Why did you decide to become a Governor at Horsenden Primary School?
I became a governor to have some input into my own child’s education and development, as well as listening to parents in the playground, sometimes raising minor things yet very important to themselves.
What do you think that Governors can bring to Horsenden Primary School?
A governor should bring an almost third party approach to identifying areas of improvement or adjustments in the running of the school but importantly being able to communicate with the parents and the school.
What are your interests in Education?
I am interested in all aspects of education, but in particular how ex-Looked After Children (LAC) cope within the system and a concentration on basic skills. A particular interest is the excessive demand of overpopulation within the catchment area and how local authorities deal with it.
